What are your turn around times?

Production time for acrylic (printed or solid) charms is 10 - 20 business days.

Production time for metal charms is 20 - 25 business days.

How do I send my charm designs to you?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. 

Reply to that confirmation email with your image files attached. 

 Acceptable files include JPGs, PSDs and TIFFs - no PNGs or GIFs, please.

I see you now offer black acrylic. Is there any difference in print quality?

No, not at all. Black charms are just as vibrant as white charms. The only difference is the base color.

Are you planning to offer more acrylic colors?

Eventually. If and when we can, we'll announce it on the front page.

Do you accept rush orders?

Unfortunately we cannot accept rush orders.

I just want one (or a few) charms of my design. Can you do that?

No, you must order at least 50 custom charms. If you would like to purchase a sample charm, please click here.
